This is how our team celebrated Paysera’s 20th birthday
So, what did we do?
This was a celebration for everyone who worked hard behind the scenes to release the final results for our clients to enjoy! Of course, we had to make it special!
So what did we do? We gathered our partners and employees at a special place in Vilnius, Lithuania – the Energy and Technology Museum. As expected, the evening was truly electric. We’ll let the moments speak for themselves.
Sharing insights and goals with our partners
In the ever-changing fintech industry, it’s important to share knowledge and insights. We do this consistently, and it’s exactly what we did now that our partners and employees from different countries were all in the same place. Our 20th birthday is a reminder that we’ve accomplished our successes together, and there’s still much we want to do!
We celebrated achievements and dedication
We always say that P is for People. And we mean it. Such a special occasion could not go without awards and appreciation for employees. There were two categories of people in particular we wanted to give awards to: those who managed to achieve extraordinary things and those who have been with Paysera for over 10 years.
It was heart-warming to see their smiles as the room erupted in applause.
Time for mingling and networking
Not everyone gets to meet face-to-face when working at an international company. But now that so many of us were in the same place, it was the best opportunity to network, chat in person, and enjoy delicious food together.
What’s a birthday party without music and dancing?
There’s no better way to end an evening of celebration than with a band or a DJ. We had both and were pleasantly surprised to see amazing and unique dance moves from our colleagues. Even the self-proclaimed ‘non-dancers’ couldn’t resist showing off their moves.
It was the kind of celebration you wish could last forever.
It was more than just an office party
What made this birthday so special wasn’t just the activities – it was the people. Paysera’s story is built on teamwork, dedication, and a shared vision, and this party was a beautiful reminder of that.
We’ve grown so much over the past 20 years, and this was our chance to pause, look around, and say, “Wow, look at what we’ve built together.”
